Nikolovska is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) from International Council of Management Consultant Institutes (ICMCI http://www.icmci.org) since March 2010, as well as certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from Project Management Institute (PMI www.pmi.org), USA since August 2011. In April 2012 she got Certified as SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) Facilitator provided by Personal Strengths, USA (http://www.strengthdeployment.com). As of July 2014, Zdenka Nikolovska is certified 3Q Practitioner and Trainer from the 3Q Institute (www.3qtraining.org). Zdenka’s newest certification is from Mary Morrissey Life Mastery Institute from California, USA, (https://www.lifemasteryinstitute.com/), the Premier Training Center for Transformational Coaching. In September 2019 she became a Certified Life Coach and DreamBuilder Coach.

In her professional career, Nikolovska was the Chief of Party/Director of the nation-wide USAID e-Schools Project in the period of 2005-2008. And in the period from 1997-2005, Zdenka Nikolovska was Program Manager at United States Peace Corps. Within her professional experience, she has 15+ years of developing and delivering trainings and workshops to professionals and executives on variety of topics. In 2015 Ms. Nikolovska was appointed the Country Director of American Councils for International Education which is headquartered in Washington D.C. and currently oversees the programs in N. Macedonia that are sponsored by the U.S. Government and the U.S State Department.
