Preparations to the above International Conference for Administrators & Political Leaders is complete. It is our pleasure to invite you to this “Capacity Building Event” taking place at IET Birmingham: Austin Court, Birmingham, UK on August 27-29,2024

The power of speech is a great blessing of God, and he who knows how to use it well becomes a leader and exerts great influence in society. The Upcoming Conference for Effective Public Service Delivery is an attempt to take a practical approach through “Public Speaking and Strategic Leadership”.

The theme of the conference, aimed at Effective Service Delivery is very crucial and timely as many professionals who have attempted to present programs on public speaking have not made maximum impact because the work is limited to theory and techniques and therefore does not come anywhere near the reality on ground.

This is an attempt to take a practical approach covering the following areas:

Part One: The Art and technique of Public Speaking

a. How to prepare the person who speaks

b. How to prepare the speech.

c. How to deliver the speech.

d. An orientation to the meaning and purpose of public speaking.

Part Two: A collection of notable speeches which participants will find very helpful as models and as text for exercises. Instruction for their use in exercise and practice are given.

Part Three: “Development of Strategic Plan". This will cover but not limited to:

(a) Vision, Mission & Values. (b) Stakeholders. (c) Environmental Analysis.

(d) Strategic Objectives (e) Outputs. (f) Activities (g) Inputs (h) Implementation Plan.

(i) Monitoring and Evaluation.

We confirm that the conference will be an interactive event.

Benefits of attending include access to an electronic version of the workshop. Workshop sessions will be recorded, and participants will have access to these after the event.

Registration to the conference is open and costs only £870 (GBP) per head, covering tea/coffee/snacks breaks, buffet lunches, workshop sessions, conference & training materials, certification and group Photos. Hotel accommodation is not covered by the registration fee.

Delegates that are interested to stay in Hotel accommodation booked by organizers should contact us for details. Single room Hotel Accommodation budget with daily buffet breakfast per head is £550 for the duration of the conference.
